Matter of Balance Program

The Chatham County Council on Aging has scheduled an eight-week program, A Matter of Balance, to help seniors address concerns about falling.

The program will be held on Tuesdays starting June 10 from 2-4 pm. The classes are free to the public and will be held at the Eastern Chatham Senior Center located at 365 NC Hwy 87 N in Pittsboro. For more information or to register contact Lindsay Hickling or Allison Andrews at 919-542-4512. 

The program will be held on Thursdays starting August 7 from 1-3 pm. The classes are free to the public and will be held at the Western Chatham Senior Center located at 112 Village Lake Road in Siler City. For more information or to register contact Marlene Stonecipher at 919-742-3975. 

Class size is limited, so please call to reserve your space. 

 

Come "boogie" with us in Siler City!

Join us for our Friday Dances from 7:30-10:30pm at the Western Chatham Senior Center in Siler City. Live Band. Cost is $8 per person. Doors open at 6:30 pm.

July 4th Celebration!! 4:00 pm Cruise In with antique cars, trucks, and motorcycles---6:00 Hot Dog Cook-out with all the fix-ins sponsored by the band followed by line dancing before the main dance. Band is J.R. Gainey and The Killing Time Band.
