Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
Are you interested in taking control of your arthritis with exercise? The Council on Aging seeks residents interested in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, an eight-week program to help control arthritis symptoms. The program will be held at the Western Chatham Senior Center at 112 Village Lake Road, Siler City. It begins, Tuesday, October 14, 1-2 pm and will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays for eight weeks.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 week workshop that will help you develop a wealth of tools to:
-Reduce Personal Stress
-Effectively communicate with your loved one, family members, or health care providers
-Handle challenging situations
